The prescribed “Application Form & details of qualifications etc.” may either be downloaded from the website www.iitr.ac.in or www.iitr.ernet.in of the Institute or obtained from Superintendent, Establishment (A) Section, IIT Roorkee, Roorkee – 247 667 by sending self addressed, stamped (Rs. 10/= or Rs. 27/=, if required by registered post) A-4 (12” x 8”) size evelope. The application fee of Rs.100/- will be applicable for the post at serial nos. 01 to 06 & 14. No application fee is required from IIT Roorkee employees, SC/ST candidates and Persons with disabilities and for the post at serial no. 07, 08 09, 10,11,12,13.
Duly filled application form should be sealed in A-4 size envelope. At the top of the envelope name of the post and Advertisement number and date be mentioned. The envelope should be sent to the “Deputy Registrar (Admin-I), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee-247 667 (U.K.) so as to reach within 30 days (excluding the date of publication) from the date on which the advertisement is published in the Times of India.
